THINK PILATES
Thoughtful movement for changing bodies.
Movement is a conversation between what we know and what the body is telling us. THINK Pilates is an individualized, deeply embodied approach to movement.
Whether you’re building strength, navigating change, recovering from injury, or simply looking for more ease, each private session is thoughtfully designed around your body, your goals, and where you are today.
We slow down, drop in, and listen for what the body needs. Through intelligent movement, breath, and mindful progression, we learn what your body is capable of- so you can feel more at home in your body, and more confident in your ability to listen, adapt, and choose how you move through life.
“The body has always been my greatest teacher. Motherhood just gave it a louder voice. ”

Ok, now your turn. I would love to know a little about where you are, what you’re looking for, and how I can help.
I came to movement through dance, where I learned early to pay attention to the body - not just what it could do, but how it was a master of communication. Growing up in Florida, I also found that same sense of connection in nature: a rhythm, a presence, a reminder that the body is part of something larger than itself.
Over the years, that relationship has been tested and deepened by injury, pregnancy, motherhood, and the inevitable ways the body changes. Each experience has made me less interested in telling the body what it should be doing, and more interested in listening to what it’s asking for.
That curiosity has shaped more than 15 years of teaching movement and Pilates in New York City. My work draws from mostly from Pilates, dance, yoga, functional movement, and pre/postnatal practice - but ultimately, I teach people how to become better listeners of their own bodies.
Because the goal isn’t to master your body. It’s to know it.
